Born in Ludlow, South Shropshire in 1969, I grew up and schooled in the area and followed a theatrical career before retraining in holistic therapy.
I began my clinical experience in Bromyard and Worcester and started my own clinic in Ludlow in 2006. I am married with two children and now enjoy practising exclusively at my Ludlow clinic where I can concentrate on providing high quality treatments to visiting and local customers.
In 2024, I took a trip to climb Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in the Alps and Western Europe, rising 4,805 m (15,766 ft) above sea level – this was a life goal of mine and I'm so proud of reaching the summit!

I consistently push myself to achieve in both my career and my personal life. I studied for my Osteopathy degree, alongside running my clinic, and was delighted to achieve a First Class Honours classification.
I develop my professional practice regularly and enjoy constructive feedback from customers. Therapy is a combined consideration of what the customer wants and what will best help them towards recovery or lessening of their symptoms. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I can ensure you get a relevant and professional remedial treatment.
Most recently I have completed an Osteopathic degree, acheiving a First Class Honours classification, and am now capable of and insured in ‘bone setting' in order to align any dysfunctional skeletal issues.
Osteopaths don’t just manipulate the skeleton though, they have a broad range of techniques on offer during treatment - including soft tissue massage and muscle energy techniques. An as osteopath, I am qualified to assess and diagnose musculoskeletal issues and devise treatments and rehabilitation strategies.
"As a fully qualified Osteopath, I am broadly experienced and capable of providing high quality, safe orthopaedic treatments in my clinic in Ludlow."
I studied acupuncture and Chinese medicine at the College of Traditional Acupuncture, Warwick, and have completed my Licentiate and BA (Honours) degree to a very high standard. I am very precise and particular about needling the body and know anatomy to an extremely high standard.
Although I choose to not be a member, I work in strict accordance with the guidelines and Codes of Conduct set by the British Acupuncture Council. I choose instead to affiliate and insure with the Federation of Holistic Therapists, who’s ethics and Codes of Conduct are also observed in my clinical practice, and am suitably insured for professional clinical practice.
"I am able to treat a diverse range of conditions, injuries and ailments. I have specialised in women's health, including fertility and pregnancy, as well as treating psycho-emotional problems with acupuncture. I treat a lot of men and women of all ages for depression, stress and anxiety and have very successful results."
I studied Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Indian head massage and the Management of Activity Injuries at the Shrewsbury College of Arts and Technology for four years. I am happy to use any of those techniques in my massage practice should they be relevant or requested by my customers.
Whilst there is an opinion of “no pain, no gain” within the sports therapy community, I react to what I call a person’s “elastic limit”. I feel that the body can become defensive from over stimulation of the pain response and that a professional is mindful of a patient’s tolerances and will adjust their techniques accordingly.
"I welcome customer feedback during treatment, can modify my techniques, and am very aware of how to modify to the requirements of different genders, ethnicities, and ages of all of my customers. Whilst I am capable of strong deep tissue massage, I am also very capable of employing lighter and more subtle techniques."
As an osteopath, I am an Allied Health Professional and have thorough anatomical knowledge. I am trained and highly insured to use K-Laser Therapy and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to my patients.
I can assess and diagnose many pathological tissue states and conditions and, if I can’t discern where the problem is, I am able to refer you to a private imaging service to clarify the reasons as to why you are in pain. With the K-Laser, I can then target those areas and hasten your recovery using this extremely advanced professional medical laser technology.
"I use professional, calibrated K-Laser equipment to deliver a precise and effective treatment which will be clinically relevant and appropriate towards your recovery. K-Laser treatment is a safe and non-invasive technique where very specific wavelengths of light stimulate the body’s own biochemical processes to hasten a recovery from symptoms.”
The clinic is private and professional, air-conditioned, with parking, conveniently situated in the heart of Ludlow, South Shropshire. It is also wheelchair-accessible.
